6.ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND FORM OF PAYMENT

Herbal Wisdom LLC may terminate or suspend any and all Services contracted with Herbal Wisdom LLC immediately, without notice or liability, in the event the customer fails to comply with the conditions herein.
Upon dissolution of the contract, the customer’s right to use the Services shall cease immediately.
The following shall be causes for dissolution of the contract:
The falsity, in whole or in part, of the data provided in the process of contracting any service.
Altering, circumventing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise altering the security technology provided by Herbal Wisdom LLC.
Also cases of abuse of support services by requiring more hours than those established in the contract.
False and unfounded opinions with the intention of discrediting the owner of the products or services purchased.

The Escuela Planta tu Salud platform will automatically block the user if it detects that he/she has connected in different cities or countries at the same time, or in different countries in too short a period of time.
Dissolution implies the loss of your rights to the contracted service.
LANGUAGE
The language of this contract is Spanish.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Herbal Wisdom LLC and the CUSTOMER shall be governed by current US law and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Dover, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
